People love pancakes, but they aren’t only for breakfast these days. Using the right ingredients you can easily make pancakes for a great breakfast or an amusing dinner entrée. If you’re a very healthy eater, you can serve it as a healthy meal as well. Grab your griddle and be creative. Follow these steps on how to make pancakes!
Go grab all your ingredients and tools that you’ll need. You will need 2 eggs, 2 cups of flower, 2 ¾ cups of milk, ¼ cu[ of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 ½ tablespoons of baking powder and some salt. Your cooking tools will need to be a spatula, a griddle, a mixing bowl and a mixing spoon.
Stat off by breaking your eggs into the bowl and beating them until sufficient. But make sure they aren’t frothy.
Add your remaining ingredients into the bowl and mix them all up with a mixer.
Grease up your griddle with some butter and get that heated up to a good temperature. Your butter should start to bubble in it.
Measure 3 tablespoons of your now pancake mixture. You can have more than just 3 tablespoons if you want larger pancakes.
Pour the pancake batter into your griddle. The top of the pancake should start to bubble slightly.
Flip your pancake when you feel it’s ready. Use your spatula not your finger! Let the other side cook for a good 2 minutes.
Serve your pancakes right away. No one likes cold pancakes.
