1 whole chicken

2 inches of ginger

6 onions

1 teaspoon of salt

1 bulb of garlic

2 teaspoons of sesame oil

Step 1

First place the chicken in a large pot and cover it with water. Then add 2 teaspoons of sesame oil. Rob the ginger and throw the peelings in the pot. Cut the rest of the ginger and keep it, we will need it later.

Step 2

Now we will peel 4 cloves of garlic and put the garlic skin in the pot. Cut up the garlic and keep it on the side for later.

Step 3

Then, cut up the onions and save 2 tablespoons onions for later. Place the remaining chopped onions in the pot.

Step 4

Okay we almost done last step is bring the chicken to a boil. After that, simmer it for 10 minutes. Turn off the stove and let the chicken stand in the pot for one hour.

Step 5

take chicken out from the pot and allow it to cool. Cut the chicken and place it on a serving plate.

Step 6

Sauté the peanut oil, the chopped garlic, and the chopped ginger in a frying pan. Let the oil continue to infuse on medium heat for about 2 to 5 minutes. Then, pour it over the chicken. Finally, pour the soy sauce on the chicken and garnish it with the 2 tablespoons of chopped onions.
